The EJ899 is a USB Power Delivery (PD) controller which is compliant with USB Power Delivery Specification Revison 3.0. The PD controller could negotiate voltage, current and direction with PD link partner to transfer up to 100W of power over Type-C connector and cable.

The EJ899 can be configured by serial EEPROM or internal MTP or system controller to different modes like DFP only, UFP only or DRP and support Dual-Data Role Swap and Dual-Power Role Swap.

The EJ899 integrates 3.3V to 1.2V LDO to reduce component count and PCB space.
